Meet Ivy Roberts

Over the past 20+ years, my career has centered on a single core belief: even the most entrenched conflicts can be resolved when people have a steady, neutral guide.

I started my professional journey running a mediation practice, helping individuals and organizations untangle complex disputes. That foundation eventually led me to public service as a U.S. Diplomat with the State Department—specifically serving in Mission Mexico. Alongside my diplomatic and mediation work, I have spent over 15 years leading HR initiatives, primarily in the fast-paced tech startup space, helping organizations navigate internal conflict and high-pressure negotiations.

A graduate of Harvard University and a former recipient of the Washington Mediation Association Mediator of the Year award, I’ve mediated hundreds of cases. Today, my practice focuses primarily on family law and high-conflict civil disputes.

My approach is facilitative and transformative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all mandates or pushing parties into rigid boxes. Instead, I provide a safe, structured space designed to lower the temperature, protect individual needs, and help families and individuals build practical, durable solutions for their next chapter.
